I don't own either one. My roomate has both of them here though and I use them whenever.
PS3 and Xbox is close
I have a PS3 and Xbox. After I got the PS3, I rented COD4: MW so I could compare them apples to apples. PS3 is really the superior console, but Xbox has the better online play. Since the PS3's online service is free, you really get what you pay for with Xbox Live. PS3 also uses the more open protocol Bluetooth instead of whatever proprietary stuff the 360 uses. So I can take a bluetooth headset and it'll work as a wireless one with the playstation. A decent one cost $30 versus the $50 you spend for Microsoft's wireless headset.
